At DiscountBox.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Eligible Return or Exchange Cases

A request may be accepted when:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • An item or accessory is missing
  • The delivered product is significantly different from its description
  • The product is unused and remains in its original condition

Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 10 days of receiving the parcel
  • Keep the original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • Do not use, wash, damage, repair, or alter the product
  • Provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue
  • Return the complete product with all included items

Non-Returnable Items

A return or exchange may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Used, washed, altered, or repaired products
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Change-of-mind requests after the allowed period
  • Personal-use, hygiene, cosmetic, or clearance items unless defective
  • Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings

How to Submit a Request

Send our customer support team:

  • Order number
  • Customer name and contact number
  • Product name
  • Details of the issue
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we may offer an exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.

Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 working days to process. Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the issue occurred from our side.

Please do not send a parcel back without receiving confirmation and return instructions from DiscountBox.pk.
