Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation and dispatch. Delivery to remote or less-accessible areas may require additional time.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, product type, or promotional offer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Courier tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Requirements
Please provide:
- An active mobile number
- Complete delivery address
- Correct city and area
- Nearby landmark, where necessary
The courier rider may contact you for directions, OTP verification, or delivery confirmation.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier issues, security situations, or remote delivery locations.
Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, or the address is incomplete, the courier may return the parcel after one or more delivery attempts. Re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.
