How to Track Your Order
- Find your tracking number in the dispatch confirmation message.
- Open the courier company’s tracking page.
- Enter the tracking number in the tracking field.
- Check the latest status and expected delivery progress.
Common Tracking Statuses
Order Confirmed
Your order has been received and is being prepared.
Dispatched
Your parcel has been handed over to the courier company.
In Transit
Your parcel is travelling toward your city or delivery area.
Out for Delivery
The courier rider is expected to deliver your parcel soon.
Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered.
