Order Confirmation

Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address. Our team or courier partner may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for confirmation or delivery instructions.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guide. Delays may occur because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions, remote locations, or incomplete customer details.

DiscountBox.pk is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Customers must pay the full payable amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

The customer should verify the parcel details before accepting it where courier rules permit.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers must contact us within the allowed period and provide the required proof.

Products sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
